There is nothing as eye catching as the effects you get with our computer controlled dye jet system. It means creating mats, rugs or carpet with virtually any design in amazing intricate detail ensuring your company maintains a high level of brand awareness at all times. Our mats are created using revolutionary printing technology (no screens needed). Every step in design and production is electronically controlled from design to paper strike-offs. This technology enables us to perfectly re-create your new and exciting images, ensuring a high presence of brand awareness. Computer controlled jets open and close up to 400 times per second and inject dye with surgical precision deep into the carpet pile. This technology allows us to give you the guarantee that your image will last the lifetime of your mat.

Manufactured
These mats are manufactured from durable Invista 6.6 Nylon twist yarn bonded to a fully washable anti slip Nitrile rubber, providing strength and stability on any floor’s surface. Ideal for entrances, lobbies and high traffic areas.

Custom Design
With this technology it is simple to create your own custom design with up to sixteen colours from our own palette of brilliant shades. Custom made mats are the perfect solution for advertising, messages, logo, brand awareness or even safety signs for factories or warehouseing.

Standard Colour
Palette You can choose any of the below range of 16 colours at no additional cost. All colour numbers shown are PMS colours. Simply select the closest colour(s) to your requirements. You can use any number of colours up to 16. Note: Colours are to be used as a guide only. Colours will vary when printed. Please bear in mind that the colour representations can vary between computer monitors.​
