Signage Design
Our Sign Design, Sign engineering, Signage designs are the outcome of balanced coordination and tighter integration amongst engineering, production, and installation team members. We challenge ourselves upfront to make sure that every sign program and the processes that support it are impeccable. •We can help in designing or redesigning a sign to ensure it is in the best location, fits in with the local planning environment, and is made of the appropriate materials which go in sync with requirements.
•We shall produce a scale signage drawing displaying the layout of the sign and in most cases; we shall superimpose the sign onto a photograph of the planned location, to give a futuristic idea of the sign will look alike upon completion.
•We shall provide a quotation, usually with a detailed specification, so there is consensus being built at the end of both the counterparties without any deviations.
•We can provide structural design for the installation of signs wherever necessary.

Signage Production
Our highly trained sign production & fabrication team averages 10 years of experience in the signboards engineering and production of signs to meet the most demanding specifications. Groovy Graphics and Signs supplies them state of art facilities to put their expertise to work solving any fabrication, sign manufacture, sign production challenge to produce a quality product.

• We shall manufacture the sign, using a wide matrix of materials available locally & internationally such as stainless steel, acrylic, aluminum composite panels, etc.
• Whenever metals are to be coated, they will be either polyester powder coated, polyurethane painted, or vitreous enameled, depending on the sign construction, location & requirements.
• Decoration to the sign, signboards can be produced in a number of methods using materials like exterior grade self-adhesive vinyl, either self-colored or inkjet printed and screen printed.
• Manufacturing techniques can vary from the simple and traditional hand made, such as individual letters and neon tubes, to complex computer-controlled routers, laser cutters, computerized channel benders, etc.
• As sign maker we can offer advice on a variety of illumination methods, depending on the site conditions. These could vary from spotlighting, fluorescent, neon, cold cathode, solar power panels & LEDs, etc.

Signage Installation
Signage installation is not last in our process. In fact, it’s the first. It begins with the first survey and transcends the Sign design and engineering process. If an innovative installation technique is required, then we instill it into the project allowing us to effectively provide a controlled signboard installation.

• All of the Sign installations, we carry out are undertaken by highly qualified and seasoned sign professionals, using the correct access equipment and methods, to comply with Health & Safety legislation in force.
• Our Signs installation teams carry their own step ladders, ladders, and aluminum tower scaffold.
• Where specialist access equipment is necessary, such as a fixed scaffold, hydraulic platform, or electric cradles, we bear the capabilities to collaborate this on your behalf through our national network of suppliers.
• All installations have a Method Statement and a Risk Assessment note completed and issued to the customer and the engineers.
• We carry full insurance for Public Liability and Employee Liability and a copy of our policy information is available at request.

This guarantees that our clients’ signage installation maintains an excellent quality, and ensures that all work to be done in accordance with all local signboard requirements and signboard install regulations.
Sign Maintenance & Repair
Groovy Graphics and Signs recognizes the importance of regular sign repair and sign maintenance to extend the life of signage. We offer cost-effective sign maintenance packages that commensurate with the economic budget of the individual customer.

• We shall undertake any significant repairs to a sign whether it is signage structural or to the illumination.
• We shall look at repairing any sign, whether it is of our original manufacture or not.
• We can offer a formal Signage Maintenance Contract which can be tailored to suit a customer’s requirements, but usually consists of:-
• Fully comprehensive covering sign materials and labor for both planned & reactive visits.
• Clean only with parts and labor as a chargeable item for both planned & reactive visits.
Sign Project Management
Signage Project management is a vital part of the success of any signage program. Groovy Graphics and Signs has highly experienced & motivated project mangers that provide comprehensive quality controlled signage solutions right from commencement until project management sign off/completion of a project. Our philosophy is to maintain a close dialogue with our clients at all times to ensure that we fully understand their needs & objectives. Our Signage Project Management team will ensure that effective after-sales service is rendered uninterruptedly through maintenance solutions & follow-up communication.
